Role Description:

The Digital Workplace Expert will be responsible for system administration and functional support of digital workplace applications and processes that support the entire organization. This includes communication and collaboration platforms, workplace productivity applications, content and drawing management applications, endpoint device ecosystems management, payroll and specialist applications management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System administration and functional support of digital workplace applications and related processes
  • Communication and collaboration with stakeholders across business, management, digital, and field operations
  • Delivering digital support services in adherence with ITIL processes and guidelines
  • Managing endpoints in a SCADA environment
  • Management, deployment, and technical support of end-user technology

Requirements:

  • Understanding of enterprise corporate business processes
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging digital workplace technologies and trends
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher

Certifications and Training:
