About the Job

We're seeking an expert in workplace mental health and wellbeing to support our business operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering subject matter expertise in workplace mental health, psychosocial risk, and employee wellbeing. As a key member of our team, you'll think strategically, analyse and interpret data around wellbeing and safety, talent and culture.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective wellbeing and mental health programs, tools, and resources to support our Wellbeing and Safety strategy.
  • Provide specialist advice and targeted interventions to help manage psychosocial risks in the business.
  • Design and deliver engaging presentations on various wellbeing topics, including global wellbeing events.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely support delivery to the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field is essential.
  • Previous experience working in workplace mental health and/or wellbeing roles at large businesses is highly valued.
  • You must have strong knowledge of legislative requirements relating to psychosocial risk.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are advantageous.
