Job Opportunity: Logistics Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Logistics Specialist, playing a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end logistics process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing inbound freight strategies, partnering with freight forwarders, and working closely with factories to ensure accurate shipment reports. Additionally, you will own inventory management processes across all fulfillment centers, monitor and optimize warehouse performance, and develop process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will also define and execute our outbound freight strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and regularly evaluate and adjust shipping rate structures. Furthermore, this role involves owning the design and management of domestic and international returns processes, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in returns management, and maintaining strong relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors.

In order to succeed in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, along with a strong working knowledge of eCommerce logistics best practices. Preferred system expertise includes Shopify, Netsuite, Xero, Logixboard, and Google Suite.

You should have experience in eCommerce logistics operations and 3PL/fulfillment management (minimum 3+ years) and proven ability to optimize freight, warehousing, and returns processes. Commercial acumen and experience in rate negotiation and cost optimization are essential skills required for this role.
