This is the perfect entry point for someone looking to launch their career in sales within a supportive and high-energy environment.RequirementsKick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospectsConnect with prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn and cold callingWork closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycleDevelop relationships with prospects and identify their challenges through effective questioningCollaborate with a wide range of departmentsWhat we're looking forA genuine interest in building a career in sales or the supply chain industryStrong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone and in personAn analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, interpret data, and identify trendsAbility to work independently while also being a supportive team playerSelf-motivated, with a natural drive to achieve goals and celebrate successPrevious customer service, retail, or phone-based experience (advantageous but not essential)Resilience, positivity, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsWhy should you join efm Logistics?
