About the Logistics Position
The role of a Logistics Specialist is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience by optimizing logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
This position is responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness across the global logistics network, owning the end-to-end logistics function, including inbound freight, warehousing, outbound freight, and reverse logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound Freight: Design and implement strategies to minimize costs, reduce lead times, and ensure product availability.
- Inbound Freight: Partner with freight forwarders to optimize customs clearance, duties management, and delivery accuracy.
- Warehousing: Own inventory management processes across all fulfillment centers and online stores, ensuring accuracy, stock health, and readiness for promotional initiatives and launches.
- Reverse Logistics: Own the design and management of domestic and international returns processes.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of e-commerce logistics best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce logistics operations and 3PL/fulfillment management (minimum 3+ years of experience).
- Proven ability to optimize freight, warehousing, and returns processes.
