Enterprise Risk Management Professional

The role of Enterprise Risk Management Professional coordinates and manages the organisation's risk portfolios. It ensures the development, implementation, and communication of audit and risk frameworks to support organisational resilience and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate independent internal audits, including planning, procurement, facilitation and reporting.
  • Support stakeholders by preparing, implementing and reporting on action plans with regards to audit and risk recommendations.
  • Apply risk management principles to identify, mitigate and manage risks across the organisation.
  • Manage Business Continuity Planning across all business units ensuring continuity in operations.
  • Liaise with insurers to manage claims, policy renewals and ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Provide education and training to managers and staff on enterprise risk management principles.
