Senior Financial Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our Commercial team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Commercial or accounting qualifications, with CPA or CA being highly regarded;
  • Mining industry experience;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills;

Key responsibilities include:

  • Annual business planning and regular reforecasting processes;
  • Capital management and provision of guidance to internal stakeholders;
  • Leadership of the site Business Improvement function, including investment analysis;
  • Business risk management based on value enhancement;
  • Insurance management and coordination of renewals;
  • Liaison with senior management team and wider business;

In this role, you will also provide mine management with analysis of strategic business options and reasoned recommendations for business enhancement.
