High-Risk Work Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to deliver high-risk work licence training and civil construction/rigging courses in Victoria.
The ideal candidate will possess industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and relevant training services (combined theory and practical activities)
- Ensure content meets regulatory requirements
- Supervise students' behaviour and provide motivating training
- Maintain equipment and training venues to ensure they are safe for operation
- A can-do attitude and an upbeat personality
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously when required
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor and hold current industry skills
- Hold a Cert IV TAE and relevant industry qualifications
- Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check
- You will need to be an Australian Resident
- Must hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
