High Risk Work Trainers and Assessors

We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services for High-Risk Work (WorkSafe Individual Assessors) in our operations. The role involves ensuring the content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulations.

  • Deliver combined theory and practical activities
  • Supervise students' behaviours and provide motivating training
  • Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site

The ideal candidate will possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL), demonstrated lifting experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors, and be accredited by WorkSafe (or have the ability to gain accreditation if necessary).
