We are seeking an experienced Payroll Process Improvement Analyst to join our team at Professional Search Group. As a leading Health Care provider, we are looking for a skilled professional to lead payroll processes through system optimization, automation, and other technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and provide improvements to the process owner and manager.
- Establish and maintain a high level of end-to-end management for the organization's payroll process.
- Provide high-level technical support and analytical advice to different stakeholders in the business.
- A solid understanding of SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, or other database systems.
- Strong process mapping skills and demonstrate examples of when you put this to use.
- Experience in a similar sector and ability to provide live examples of this is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Process-driven.
- Technical-minded.
- Great work ethic with fantastic teamwork skills.
