Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Process Improvement Analyst to join our team at a leading Health Care provider. If you have a background in payroll process optimization and automation, and are looking for a new challenge in the WA area, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's payroll process, including system optimization and automation.
  • Provide technical support and analytical advice to stakeholders on payroll-related matters.
  • Utilize strong process mapping skills to analyze and improve payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve payroll process excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll process improvement and optimization.
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
