The role of a Service Technician involves being a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team. You will work directly with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and setting them up for success. Your responsibilities will include servicing, maintenance, and optimisation of telecommunications solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field, such as Electronics & Communications, RF engineering, or related certifications.
  • Previous experience working in a client-facing environment in Radio, Wireless IP Networking, or Microwave technology.
  • Experience in a Technician/Service-based role, with a track record of high-level customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, fault-finding, and decision-making skills to provide expert solutions in time-critical circumstances.
