We design, supply and install telecommunications solutions to help our clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets. As a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team, you will be hands-on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and maintenance services to clients
  • Designing and implementing telecommunications solutions
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Providing expert solutions in sometimes time-critical circumstances

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering or related field
  • Previous experience working in a client-facing environment in either Radio, Wireless IP Networking or Microwave technology
  • Experience in a Technician/Service-based role, with a track record of high-level customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business
