As a Service Technician, you will be a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team and be hands on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements therefore setting them up for success. You will work around servicing, maintenance on both new and existing clients, being an SME on the Crosscom technology and be best positioned to consult on the utilisation, optimisation making productive recommendations and assisting the business development goals CSE Global.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support and maintenance services to clients across various industry sectors.
  • Ensuring clients are set up for success by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Working on servicing and maintenance of new and existing clients.
  • Being an SME on Crosscom technology and providing expert solutions.
  • Assisting in business development goals and making productive recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a client-facing environment in either Radio, Wireless IP Networking or Microwave technology.
  • Experience in a Technician/Service-based role with a track record of high-level customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, fault-finding, and decision-making skills.
