Risk and Governance Support Specialist

This leading investment management company is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Risk and Governance function.
Key Responsibilities- Sources, collates, analyses, and presents data from service providers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with disclosure and reporting obligations.
- Assists in the oversight of service providers by attending meetings and coordinating annual reviews and reporting.
- Contributes to managing and evidencing prudential requirements.
- Supports the external auditor in managing deliverables and supplying requested information.
- Manages the process for reviewing Trustee Policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Contributes to delivering governance and regulatory obligations, such as APRA reporting, Responsible Persons requirements, and website disclosures.
- Maintains and monitors controls for Trustee related functions.
- Records and tracks actions arising from Board & Committee Meetings.
- Collates information from business units to accurately monitor the Trustee's Risk Management Framework.
This role offers opportunities for growth and development in the field of governance and risk management. The successful candidate will have a university degree in Law, Finance, or a relevant field, and experience in the Superannuation or Investment Management industry.
A competitive salary package is on offer, including a base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as additional leave days and flexible working arrangements.
