Senior Property Risk Evaluator

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Risk Evaluator to oversee a portfolio of mid-sized and major property accounts.
This individual will drive growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities, determining premiums for new and renewal policies using rating tools and established frameworks.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- A solid understanding of property underwriting principles, with the ability to evaluate risks and make sound decisions.
- Strong technical knowledge of risk assessment and underwriting practices.
- Proven ability to build and maintain broker relationships.
- ANZIIF qualifications or equivalent (preferred).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing various risks associated with commercial, industrial, and SME properties. Your expertise in risk evaluation and underwriting will enable you to identify potential risks and opportunities, ensuring that our clients receive tailored insurance solutions.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and support.
