Enterprise Account Strategist

The role of Enterprise Account Strategist involves driving growth and revenue in the mid-market segment, serving as a bridge between SMB/inside sales and enterprise teams. This position offers a scalable growth opportunity by engaging customers with the potential to evolve into enterprise-level partnerships.
Responsibilities- Economic Exposure: Develop a strong understanding of economic exposure, particularly within the tech industry, to tailor solutions to customers' financial and business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations. Utilize customer support inquiries to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify upsell opportunities and create needs for additional products or services within the existing customer base with higher deal size (10K+).
- Partner Utilization: Leverage partner resources to maximize revenue and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Account Growth: Collaborate with other sales channels to meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on organic growth within the account portfolio.
- Provocative Selling: Excel in provocative selling techniques, challenging conventional thinking and creating a sense of urgency in customer's decision-making.
- Autonomous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and continuously evolve the selling approach.
- Creative Thinking: Apply creative thinking to drive conversations that lead to success and drive revenue.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions that align with the customer's business objectives and industry trends.
