Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
- Support finance administration and accounts, including managing expenses and processing invoices
- Coordinate board meetings, collate, and distribute documents
- Supervise and oversee office operations, facilities, and equipment
- Plan and schedule events, meetings, conferences, interviews, and training
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, action lists, and letters as required
- Coordinate company-wide insurance policy updates
- Project coordination
- Facilities management
- CMS and database management
- Invoicing/Expenses
- Handling confidential matters
- Event planning
- Floor warden duties
Requirements
We require an individual with:
- 5+ years of experience in an EA role
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and autonomously make decisions
