Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of an Office Administration Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties, maintaining inventory of office supplies, updating filing systems, and assisting with document management.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Managing Reception and directing phone calls
  • Maintaining inventory of office stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Updating filing and storage systems
  • Providing administrative support to directors and team members
  • Assisting with accounts, invoicing, and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating company events and onboarding procedures

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
