Job Opportunity:

Ecommerce and Admin Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Ecommerce and Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, maintaining stock organization, and supporting various business development projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and processing customer orders via Shopify with attention to detail
  • Maintaining stock levels and coordinating shipments
  • Providing support for product launches, expo preparation, and business development initiatives
  • Collaborating on marketing efforts, including content coordination and partnership outreach
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify, order fulfillment, or eCommerce is highly desirable (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Bonus points if you have a background in marketing, social media, or eCommerce
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with physical work, including packing orders and lifting stock
  • A genuine interest in wellness and biohacking will be an asset
