About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team in Broadmeadow, supporting NDIS participants with complex communication needs, swallowing difficulties, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65, including early intervention, school-age, adolescent, and adult services
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, and telehealth
  • Collaborate with a national team of 60+ Speech Pathologists to provide high-quality services and support
  • Participate in regular supervision, professional development opportunities, and clinical specialization
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the ORS Group, a multicultural and diverse employer

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred)
  • A car and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
