Educator Position in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team at Goodstart Cairns, providing exceptional learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves working alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive centre culture that values diversity and promotes a sense of belonging.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A current Queensland Working with Children Check.
