Job Title:

Business Development Manager for Expense Productivity

As a Business Development Manager for Expense Productivity, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager, Expenses and Productivity across the Product annual reporting cycle.

This includes budget setting, plan loads, monthly actuals reporting, forecast submissions, plan transfers, and financial processes including manual journals and reconciliations. You will also be responsible for producing analysis and insight to drive Product performance and strategy.

  • Support the Senior Manager, Expenses and Productivity in delivering the annual expense plans.
  • Produce high-quality analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Contribute to process improvement and simplification across the finance team.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in financial services and performance management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in financial performance management and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High degree of commercial acumen.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint technical skills.
  • Results-driven and able to prioritize multiple deliverables.
