The Accounts Payable Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless management of business expenses for our operations. They are responsible for processing invoices, reconciliations of super payments, and acting as the point of contact for internal stakeholders in relation to supplier invoices and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribute tax invoices to departments for approval
  • Coding of invoices to relevant General Ledger (GL) codes
  • Paying invoices on time
  • Verifying and processing employee expense claims
  • Reconciling Supplier Statements
  • Investigating and resolving issues related to invoice processing and payment
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Managing and responding to internal and external queries
  • Efficiently processing invoices into Microsoft Dynamics (AX)

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in Accounts Payable with a basic understanding of accounting principles. They should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, think proactively, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is highly regarded.
