About the Job

We are seeking a talented Operations Excellence Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of process optimization, workflow design, and stakeholder management.

The Operations Excellence Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement automation and AI-driven solutions, monitor performance metrics, and lead rapid initiatives to improve performance. They will also support change management efforts, document and standardize operational workflows, and enable customer-facing teams through clear guidance and effective training content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize existing processes across the customer lifecycle
  • Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions
  • Monitor performance metrics and lead rapid initiatives to improve performance
  • Support change management efforts and document operational workflows
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Operations Management
  • Proven people leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success in process optimization and workflow design
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
