Baby Spa Australia is the leader in hydrotherapy and infant massage for babies aged 2 days old - 8 months old. We are renowned for our clinical, luxury facilities and the care we provide to our clients. We pride ourselves on offering genuine support and care to the families who use our service.

About the role

This role is located at our Surry Hills location. The Spa Manager is responsible for the financial & operational performance of the business whilst maintaining exceptional quality and service levels. You will be responsible for upholding the values of the company and demonstrating a high level of leadership at all times.

Your working days will be Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 3:30pm.

This role is for senior managers only, with the successful applicant currently working in a management role.

About You

If you have a passion for babies and their wellbeing, the ability to strongly communicate with a small team, and can manage a spa facility with ease, we want to hear from you

  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • You are motivated to build strong relationships with your team ensuring staff retention

  • You are committed to continuous learning and professional development

You MUST hold the following:

  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent); and

  • Diploma in Salon Management (preferable)
