
Customer Service Excellence Lead

Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service and experience across our retail operations.
- They will lead and manage a high-performing team of customer-facing staff, providing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure delivery of outstanding service standards.
- Key responsibilities include managing the front-of-shop, including ordering, inventory management, supervising staff and overseeing day-to-day store retail activities, marketing and merchandise.

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
