Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of customer service consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and has experience in a contact centre environment. You will be working closely with our operations manager to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service consultants to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with our operations manager to drive business results and improve process efficiency.
- Provide coaching and training to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships with employees and customers.
