- Perform major/minor repairs on fixed/mobile plant and equipment.
- Assist with plant/equipment breakdowns.
- Conduct minor welding on plant/equipment.
- Participate in preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
- Work according to daily routine maintenance plans and complete relevant records.
- Participate in continuous improvement/other programs as required.
- Maintain all work in accordance with site safety/environmental/quality procedures.
Requirements:
- A Fitter and/or Boilermaker trade qualification with experience in Conveyors, Motors, and Gearboxes.
- Forklift Tickets (advantageous but willing to train).
- Ability/willingness to pass a medical in line with role requirements.
- Experience in a similar position within a similar industry.
- Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously/team environment.
- Display flexibility with operations/maintenance.
