Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Building Operations Manager in South Brisbane.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the assigned residential building's security, safety, compliance, and maintenance programs.
  • Daily controls on common area presentation and onsite building maintenance, particularly the common area facilities.
  • Asset and infrastructure management, including direction of contractors.
  • Quotes and invoice movement in relation to the Body Corporate and LivKey.
  • Move-in coordination of owners and rental tenants.
  • Maintenance of a key register and daily log.
  • Plant and equipment maintenance.
  • Management of operational warranties, compliance, and contractors for fire, electricity, lift security, pool, rubbish, common area cleaning, and landscaping programs.
  • Management of Caretaking requirements as appointed by the Body Corporate.
  • Preparation of reports for Body Corporate meetings.
  • Coordination of owner and tenant move-in and move-out logistics.
  • Conduct regular daily site inspections.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' residential Building Management experience.
  • Mybos experience ideal.
  • QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or full Agent's Licence required.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Australian Citizenship or PR and Drivers Licence.
  • Availability to be on call.
