DAH-RESIPM Pty Ltd is a leading provider of property and investment services, offering a range of solutions to residential developments, towers, and build-to-rent communities. With a growing presence in Queensland, we are expanding our portfolio and seeking an experienced Onsite Residential Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and organized individual to manage all aspects of our residential portfolio, including day-to-day building and property management. As an Onsite Residential Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate preparation of documentation, managing ingoing and outgoing tenancies, conducting regular property inspections, and meeting the requirements of Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end property management, including dispute resolution, insurance claims, and QCAT submissions and hearings with the assistance of Virtual Assistants.
- Ensure accurate preparation of all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislation.
- Manage ingoing and outgoing tenancies, including completing entry and exit condition reports, finalising tenancies/handovers.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure open and ongoing communication between all stakeholders related to the property.
- Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and working within all relevant legislation.
- Prepare Building Management Reports and attend Body Corporate Meetings.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
- You are highly organized and take great pride in being accurate with everything you do.
- You're self-motivated and can keep yourself focused on balancing your workload.
- You're energetic and love letting your personality show through.
- You possess a high standard of communication and can relate to others easily.
- You are passionate about offering excellent customer service.
- You hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration – required.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
