  • Providing platform support aligned with Telstra's DevOps principles and operational frameworks.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to:

  • Represent Telstra externally and foster strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate on architecture, engineering, and operations teams to drive technical excellence.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 10 years of experience in hosting, email applications, or IP networking.
  • A degree in Engineering or Computer Science (bonus points for both).
  • Experience working with telecommunications operators or major integrators.
  • A deep understanding of high-availability application engineering.
  • Proficiency in email protocols (POP, IMAP, SMTP, DAV) and RFC standards.
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments: hardware, storage, operating systems, and applications.
