Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our barista and food services operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to maintain high standards of food safety and allergen management, and experience in managing teams.

The Position- Lead the barista and food services operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and allergen management
- Basic food preparation and cooking skills are essential for this role
- Prepare online orders by class group for each meal period
- Manage stock control and ordering processes
- Operate Point of Sale systems efficiently
- Engage with students, staff, and parents alike, promoting a positive dining experience
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and allergen management regulations
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain the service area to high standards, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry
- A genuine passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen management principles
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt
- A current Blue Card, or ability to obtain one, is highly desirable
