We are seeking a passionate individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advocate, who will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to domestic and business-to-business customers.

The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. They will also have experience working with ERP/system applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for service excellence and be able to develop and maintain strong professional cross-functional relationships with finance, logistics, sales, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and accurate support to customers through various channels.
  • Developing and implementing improved customer order processes and service delivery.
  • Maintaining high standards for service level and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP/system applications.
  • Brand experience preferred.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
