Technical Support Role in Sydney

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team based in Sydney, NSW.

The role involves providing expert support to customers with software and hardware issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and delivering training to new staff members.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Owning and investigating intricate software issues.
  • Proposing work-arounds for customers.
  • Accurately documenting activities and findings.
