We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team based in Sydney, NSW.
The role involves providing expert support to customers with software and hardware issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and delivering training to new staff members.
Main responsibilities include:
- Owning and investigating intricate software issues.
- Proposing work-arounds for customers.
- Accurately documenting activities and findings.
- Contributing to digital self-help materials.
- Collaborating with colleagues.
To succeed in this position, you will need 2-4 years of experience in Application Support within an ASX top 100 business, including proficiency working with and understanding software architecture, software unit testing, and other aspects of the SDLC.

Key skills and experience include:
- Previous experience with similar systems.
