Technical Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Technical Support Professional.

As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to our customers across Sydney. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Territory Managers and Clinicians with implant, follow-up, and troubleshooting activities.

The main aspects of this role include:

  • Providing procedure support through patient education, post-operative patient support, and ongoing programming;
  • Liaising with Education to ensure personal levels of technical competence are at the highest standard;
  • Shared account management and ownership in consultation with the Territory Manager;
  • Liaising with Territory Management on Neuromodulation promotion, product, therapies, service, and support;
  • Providing feedback regarding competition activity and customer feedback;
  • Completing monthly reports as required;
  • Sound understanding and compliance with industry (MTAA) Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science, Nursing, or Human Movement (or related field);
  • Experience in the clinical support of medical devices is advantageous;
  • Candidates must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Be a proactive and resilient self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced innovative environment;
  • Be flexible to travel and attend 24-hour on-call responsibilities on occasion.
