Job Title: Maintenance Planner Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Planner Scheduler to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate plan and schedule maintenance of plant equipment to ensure efficient utilisation of labour resources.
  • Develop maintain plant equipment schedules in a timely usable manner review and report on actual work completed with recommendations for appropriate corrective action.
  • Update review CMMS regularly to ensure accurate relevant data is available for component history tracing failure forecasting schedule preventative maintenance forecasting budget forecasting increased equipment availability tracking costs.
  • Evaluate and improve maintenance processes systems to minimize negative impact on the environment reduce exposure to SHEC related risks.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory corporate SHEC obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  2. Monitor track progress against scheduled maintenance activities identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues implement solutions.
  4. Maintain accurate up-to-date records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade qualification diesel fitting boilermaking etc.
  • Demonstrated experience working at a coal handling prep plant CHPP.
  • Experience troubleshooting crushing conveyor hydraulic systems.
  • Proficiency in utilizing SAP for work functions desirable.
