About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Construction Manager to provide management and leadership responsibilities to the construction teams across NSW and VIC.

The successful candidate will oversee project construction activities, including programming, resourcing, reporting, and client relationship management. This is an exciting career opportunity to become part of the senior leadership team in the utilities construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead construction teams across NSW and VIC
  • Oversight of project construction activities, including programming, resourcing, reporting, and client relationship management

About You:

You will be highly motivated and relationship-driven with a strong background in the utilities construction industry. You will have extensive experience in projects involving complex shaft construction, micro tunnelling and deep open-cut works. Previous experience on Australian utility construction projects is highly advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Technical Background – Either trade qualification or engineering degree
  • 10+ years of management experience
  • Strong technical background in a similar field
  • Must be seeking a long-term career opportunity
  • Willing to do adhoc travel as per project requirements

Remuneration:

This is a senior role with a salary commensurate with your experience, ranging from (AUD) $200K - $250k + Super + Vehicle/ Vehicle Allowance (up to $300K annual package).
