Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our high-performing insurance team in the Riverland. As an integral part of our well-established and successful insurance division, you will be responsible for servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of our partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service to enable effective client relationship management.
- Meet with clients on farm or business site to facilitate insurance meetings and grow the existing insurance portfolio.
- Manage client insurance accounts, including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management, and general client inquiries.
- Offer additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process.
- Achieve budgeted revenue for retention and growth on existing and new business.
- Ensure policy maintenance and drive growth through new business opportunities.
- Strong sales background with a proven track record.
- High-performing individual with a constant focus on opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, complemented by a driven, passionate, and professional disposition.
- Ability to build a long-term pipeline to support business growth.
- Strong insurance broking background and formal tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- FSR Tier 1 training via a reputable industry body (e.g., ANZIIF, NIBA) highly regarded.
