
Human Resources Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to lead our People Services function.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration, operations, and service delivery of the P&C function. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our culture and will focus on operational efficiency in a digitally-enabled function.
About the Role:- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- HRIS Management (Workday): Oversee maintenance and optimization of the HR Information System (HRIS) to enhance efficiency.
- Audit & Regulatory Reporting: Oversee Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting and other regulatory and audit requirements.
- Industrial Relations Monitoring: Stay current on trends, regulatory changes, and award updates related to Industrial Relations.
- Annual Classification Review: Support the review process in alignment with government-mandated wage increases.
- Maintenance & Optimization of Ask P&C (JIRA): Ensure seamless support for managers and employees by maintaining and optimising the Ask P&C (JIRA) system.
- Employment Entitlements Assurance: Ensure ongoing compliance with employment entitlements.
- P&C Policy Governance: Review, maintain, and govern People & Culture (P&C) policies for accuracy and relevance.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits.
- Remuneration Administration: Manage the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) tracker and support remuneration review processes.
- Pay Equity Analysis: Conduct annual pay equity analysis and reporting.
- Process Review: Regularly review HRIS processes and approvals for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Emerging P&C Technology Evaluation: Assess new P&C technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on internal tech architecture.
- Experience in a P&C Operations Manager role, with exposure to managing P&C systems (Workday).
- Experience in Workday and acting as an SME for this system is ideal for success in this role.
- Experience in leading a team.
