Job Opportunity

This role is a great chance to work with our team as a Trainer and Instructional Professional.

We deliver First Aid courses, Compliance Training, and Workplace Wellbeing Programs in a practical, engaging, and fun style.

As a Trainer and Instructional Professional, you will have the opportunity to work on various programs including Mental Health and Wellbeing initiatives for schools, workplaces, and community groups.

The position includes both administration support work and training delivery. You will assist with daily operations, marketing, and contribute to business growth projects from an office location and work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions in First Aid, Compliance, and Workplace Wellbeing Programs.
  • Assess students' skills and knowledge in accordance with the relevant training packages.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, report writing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) - mandatory.
  • Previous training experience is preferred but not essential; attitude, reliability, and motivation are key.
  • A driver's license and your own vehicle are necessary.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
