Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer to deliver nationally recognised qualifications to apprentices, tradespeople, and upskill participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions combining theory and practical instruction using simulated or real-world equipment-based tasks.
  • Conduct formative and summative assessments to ensure learners meet competency requirements.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and additional support to keep learners on track.
  • Update training resources, log student progress, and contribute to course development.

Requirements:

  • A trade qualification with five years' post-trade experience working with mobile plant equipment is essential.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of tradespeople.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to help others learn.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) is desirable but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint, is essential.
