Learning Experience Designer

About the Role:

You will play a vital role in creating and delivering meaningful learning experiences that help people thrive.

From onboarding and compliance through to leadership and professional development, you will design programs that support individual growth and organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement impactful learning programs that align with strategy
  • Create engaging content and resources using adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Collaborate with Trainers to ensure consistent, relevant, and effective delivery
  • Support and enhance digital learning systems (LMS)
  • Gather feedback and use data to continuously improve learning experiences
  • Promote a culture of professional growth, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in Learning and Development, ideally in education or human services

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, HR, or Learning Design

Strong instructional design skills and confidence in facilitating engaging sessions

Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills

A genuine passion for fostering a culture of growth and capability
