Lead a team of skilled mechanics at our Sydney Airport Workshop, overseeing day-to-day operations and championing continuous improvement.

The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced workshop leader to join our maintenance team. With a strong track record in delivering safe, clean, and reliable services, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our business.

This is an exciting new chapter for us, expanding our capabilities and fast-tracking to a fully battery electric fleet over the next few years.

Our Maintenance team is critical to this success – ensuring our fleet runs at peak performance through high-quality servicing and maintenance.

The boxes you'll tick:
  • A connection with our values – passion, integrity, respect, authenticity, humility
  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) licence
  • Proven ability in managing workshop staff and influencing a positive work culture
  • Strong computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and ability to learn in-house systems
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage with a diverse workforce
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to obtain an Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC)
