Key Job Role:

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's rostering system.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage backend system settings, including codes, shift tags, leave codes, certifications, crewing IDs, and other critical system elements, ensuring alignment with approved business cases.
  • Regularly audit and review the rostering system to verify adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop standard processes to ensure clear and controlled engagement with internal stakeholders for data analysis and reporting.
  • Lead the development, governance, monitoring, and awareness of policies and procedures for the management of rostering system changes.
  • Ensure compliance with established naming conventions and business rules to uphold system consistency, integrity, and usability.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification (or progress toward) with high-level relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in system governance, configuration management, or similar equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience of workforce management systems, particularly in backend configurations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement processes, guidelines, and training programs.
  • Leadership skills to ensure objectives are achieved, through managing, developing, and guiding others to achieve objectives.
