Workforce Management Expertise

We're seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead our Store Operations function. This critical role will bridge the gap between IT Corporate Systems, Store Operations, Distribution Centres, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will drive the optimisation of UKG Dimensions, ensuring seamless integration with stores, DCs, and support teams. They will manage product updates and releases, reviewing impacts, coordinating testing, and facilitating smooth rollouts.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in program or project management, preferably with exposure to workforce management systems
  • Ideal 12 months experience with UKG Dimensions
  • A strong understanding of store operations and rostering
  • Experience in training facilitation, change management, and process improvement
  • Strong communication skills
  • The drive to challenge the status quo and deliver better outcomes
