We are seeking a highly skilled Sydney Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key contributor to our Global Technical Support team, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving complex technical issues for our clients.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer support through direct engagement with customers, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot technical cases using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop subject matter expertise and share knowledge across various technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal), with prior experience in providing cross-cultural support.
  • Strong application support and front-end/web development experience, preferably in web-based products or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with dynamic HTML components (AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML) and backend programming languages (Java or similar).
  • Good understanding of ITSM practices and service management principles.
