Overview

Budage Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Specialist to join our Infrastructure Services team in Sydney.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position involves providing level 1 IT support and troubleshooting services to internal customers. You will work collaboratively with a team of seven IT Support Analysts, utilizing your technical knowledge and skills to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving level 1 IT-related issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Liaising with internal customers via phone and face-to-face interactions, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Escalating complex issues to level 2 and 3 support teams as required, working within established SLAs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of IT solutions to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with Windows 7/10, Outlook 2010/2016, and desktop virtualization environments.
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Worksite) and printing support.
  • Strong understanding of remote access, audio/video, tablet, and iPhone query resolution.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Prior experience in professional services or a similar field would be highly regarded.
