Technical Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Infrastructure Services team in our Sydney office. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of IT systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve level 1 IT-related issues for internal customers via phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Elevate complex issues to level 2 and 3 support teams as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Windows 7/10, Outlook 2010/2016, and desktop virtualization technologies.
- Provide technical assistance for remote access, audio/video conferencing, tablet, and iPhone queries.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and a focus on satisfaction.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with working hours on a rotational roster and occasional weekends.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues requiring escalation.
- Experience supporting document management systems, such as Worksite and printing services.
- Prior experience in professional services is highly regarded but not essential.
- A strong customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
What We Offer
Budage Pty Limited offers a competitive salary package estimated at around AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
