  • Log interactions in our Service Management System (Zendesk)
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through professional communication and a positive attitude
  • Build strong relationships with customers by going above and beyond to enhance user satisfaction and retention
  • Develop deep product knowledge to confidently support customers
  • Support cross-functional teams by identifying customer pain points and sharing insights to drive improvement
