- Deliver high-quality customer service through professional communication and a positive attitude
- Build strong relationships with customers by going above and beyond to enhance user satisfaction and retention
- Develop deep product knowledge to confidently support customers
- Support cross-functional teams by identifying customer pain points and sharing insights to drive improvement
